The process

From form to interaction

Five steps. Set aside a quiet half hour for the form.

Fill in the form and submit itKeep your child’s birth details and your address ready. The form can be saved and finished later.
Print the form and bring it to the school officeThe office keeps the printed copy, with the documents, on file. Online submission alone is not enough.
Keep your registration numberA registration number is created when you submit. Quote it whenever you call or write to the office.
Attend the parent meeting and child interactionOn 9 or 10 January 2027, at the time the office gives you. It is a short, friendly conversation, not a test, and it does not guarantee admission.

Paying the application fee

The payment link appears after you submit the form. These are the admission-fee payment pages, if you need them directly. Here they are sample links.

Payment failed? Ask your bank whether the amount was debited. If it was, email a snapshot of the bank statement, with your registration number, to hello@yourschool.example. If it was not, return to the application fee payment page. You do not need to fill the form again.

Questions

Admissions questions, answered

Is there an interview for the child?

No. The school holds a short, friendly interaction with the child and a meeting with the parents on 9 and 10 January 2027. It is not a test.

Is admission guaranteed once I submit the form?

No. Submitting the form and attending the interaction does not guarantee admission. The school announces its admission list later.

What age must my child be for Playgroup 2027–28?

A child must have completed 2 years 6 months on 1 June 2027. The school confirms the age rules for Nursery and KG when those forms open.

Do I really need to bring a printed copy?

Yes. The online form is the first step, and the printed copy, with your documents, goes to the school office. Both are needed.

Can I save the form and finish it later?

Yes. The form can be saved, and you can return to it with your mobile number. Submit it before the closing date the school announces.

How do I know my form was submitted?

A registration number is created when you submit. Keep it: it tells the office which form is yours.

How do I pay the application fee?

Online. The payment link appears after the form is submitted, and the form is not accepted without payment.

Can I pay the fee at the office?

Payment is online. If you keep having trouble paying, call the school office on +91 00000 22202.

My payment failed. What should I do?

Can children join in the middle of the year?

Seats are confirmed by the school. Call admissions on +91 00000 22201 with your child’s age and class.

How do I download my filled form later?

The school will add a download page here. For now, call the office with your registration number. Download page (sample link).
